Our location
The former Cafe - Suites & Gîtes is located in the quiet French countryside of Aubigné.
The towns of Chef-Boutonne, Melle, Aulnay and Ruffec can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes, and offer all the services you might need during your stay: restaurants, cafés, swimming pools, supermarkets, bakeries, weekly markets, GPs and pharmacies are all within easy reach.
The area is slightly hilly, with sunflowers and vineyards in summer.
It's also ideal for walking and cycling.
In the surrounding area, you'll find numerous medieval towns, castles, lakes open to bathing and beautiful coastal towns, such as La Rochelle or Fouras-Les-Bains, with lovely beaches overlooking the Atlantic coast.
